The SWRHA recognizes the Champion and Reserve Champion in each division at our Annual Party of Champions.  Awards are given for the following divisions:

Points are calculated based on the number of SWRHA members that compete in a class.  NRHA Payback Schedule A is used by converting the number of places to be paid to the number of places to earn points.  For example, if 12 SWRHA members compete in a class, according to the payback schedule 4 of the riders would receive money.  Using this tabulation, the top four members will receive points.  First place would be awarded 4 points, 2nd place would get 3 points, etc.

All SWRHA approved shows will count toward year end awards.  A rider must compete in at least 51% of the division(s) offered that they want to qualify for in order to be eligible for year end awards.

Non Pro and Youth divisions will be tracked on a one horse/one rider basis.  Open divisions will be tracked only on the rider and multiple horses may be used to qualify.

The rider must be a current member of the SWRHA at the time of competition for points to count toward year end awards tabulation and qualification.
